🔁 Revisions
This package includes 2 revisions. A revision covers adjustments to volume levels, EQ balance, or overall vibe — it is not a full re-mix from scratch. Revision requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your files. Clearly describe what you'd like changed; vague feedback may delay your revision. Additional revisions beyond 2 are available for an extra fee.
⏱️ Turnaround Time
Your mix will be delivered within 72 hours (3 business days) of receiving your stems, provided they meet the stem requirements above. Incomplete or improperly exported stems will delay your turnaround. If unexpected delays arise, you will be notified by email.
📬 Status Updates
You will receive a confirmation email once your stems are received and again when your files are ready for download. If you have not heard back within 48 hours of sending your stems, check your spam folder and then follow up at THISSOMEGASJ@GMAIL.COM.
💸 Refund Policy
No refunds once work has begun (i.e., once your stems have been received and mixing has started). If you purchase and do not send stems within 7 days, your order will be considered inactive. Please make sure you are ready to send stems before purchasing. If you have an issue before stems are received, contact us and we will work with you.
